Sam Hoffelner is the Owner and Director of Hoffelner Constructions, bringing extensive industry experience and technical expertise to each project. Whether it's building a new home, completing a renovation or extension, or tackling smaller residential projects, Sam is committed to achieving exceptional results and works closely with every client to bring their vision to life with precision and care.

Beginning his career as a carpenter, Sam completed a four-year apprenticeship where he developed a strong foundation in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and the practical skills that continue to underpin every project today. Driven to expand his knowledge and lead projects from concept to completion, he went on to complete a Diploma of Building and Construction through Builders Academy Australia and became a licensed builder with the Building and Plumbing Commission (formerly the VBA).

With years of hands-on experience across residential construction, Sam founded Hoffelner Constructions with a core value: build every home as if it were his own. He is committed to honest communication, a personalised building experience, and high-quality results, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout every stage of the process.
